approaches each project by observing the unique charateristics of each
site as it interacts with the elements. Then, combining thoughtful
observation with ecological principles, we create home and land use
designs that perform in a multitude of beneficial ways.
Throghout your project this integrated design
acts as a compass, insuring the least impact to the site, plus an
efficient, economical completion.
Going further, we select building and landscape
materials that are manufactured and transported in a manner to further
lessen that impact. We see these steps not only as the best way to
build healthy efficient green homes and the most beautiful productive
landscapes, but more as imperative actions that we all must take to
protect the planet and the future of our children.

SEED is committed to our goal of

SEED
is an ecological general contracting company. We are a
collaborative team of builders, landscapers, and permaculture designers
organized to approach land use, building, and development holistcally
